Welcome to VarsityLax. By using the VarsityLax mobile application (the "App") or the website at varsitylaxapp.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.

WHAT VARSITYLAX IS

VarsityLax is a free application that displays publicly available rankings, schedules, and scores for Oregon high school boys varsity lacrosse programs. The App is provided as a service to the Oregon lacrosse community at no charge. There are no accounts, no in-app purchases, no ads, and no subscriptions.

DATA ACCURACY

VarsityLax aggregates data from third-party sources including OHSLA (ohsla.net), LaxNumbers (laxnumbers.com), and LaxPower (laxpower.com). While we make reasonable efforts to keep data current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or up to date at any given moment.

• Scores may reflect the most recent sync and could lag behind real-time game results.
• Rankings are computed by third parties and reflect those sources' methodologies, not ours.
• Playoff brackets displayed before the regular season concludes are tentative projections based on current seedings.

Do not rely on VarsityLax as the sole source for time-sensitive decisions. Always verify critical information (game times, cancellations, venue changes) with your school, league, or OHSLA directly.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use VarsityLax only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the data presented in the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's operation
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overload our servers or the third-party sources we rely on

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VarsityLax name, logo, and app design are the property of VarsityLax. The underlying game data, rankings, and team information belong to their respective owners (OHSLA, LaxNumbers, LaxPower, and the schools themselves).

NO WARRANTY

VarsityLax is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or the data it displays. Use of the App is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VarsityLax and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on the information it provides.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
